Medium deep ruby , quite narrow ruby rim . Quite a lot of ripe red fruits , blueberry , strawberry jam , dark cherry and spice . Quite round and sweet fruited on the palate , cherry jam , strawberry , raspberry and dried spice . Ok acidity and ok length, just balanced alcohol , quite fine sweet tannins . BIG fan of this wine. Red fruit notes, but not too sweet. Tannins aren’t too strong, but enough for a little kick before a smooth finish. The aging is perfect on this, nice hints of Merlot and it’s hitting its peak. Great wine. — 2 months ago
