2018 vintage. Double decanted and tasted after one hour at approx 59-60 degrees. Medium Chablis body. Lilacs, lemon curd, minerals aplenty along with a slightly curious, white pepper, finishing splash. Obviously too soon as this could easily stretch two decades. Saying this as a decided Chablis non-fan but this was arguably the best white (sparkling or flat) I've had in quite a spell. Le woof. 10.25.25. — a month ago

Tip top cheese wine! — 2 hours ago
Gorgeous. Lime and pear and a light salinity. Wet stone with a bit of sandalwood and white pepper. Beautifully balanced and precise. In a great place now — a month ago

14.5%. 🍎 apples, ripe, a big wine. Really well done yet over the top for me. Apple pie. A fantastic wine for asian food! I had a hard time with this one! On one side I was smitten and on the other side I was wondering what could this wine be with this quality grape material picked earlier and therefore less alcohol and more elegance? — 21 hours ago
