A top-level Pouilly-Fuisse having strong apple flavors. Similar to Chablis although a little lusher. A lovely wine to choose. — 6 years ago
— 8 years ago
A fantastic wine , amazing nose and good palate. Best paired with a oven baked dorado from Ligurian sea. — 10 years ago
Honeyed citrus and salted caramel on the nose. Insane concentration and length on the palate with pinpoint acidity. Lemon meringue, pineapple, honey, and well integrated toasty oak. — 10 years ago

Deep golden hue. Apple & pear with a hint of mango maybe?Well its got a very nice white grape taste too. Soft on the palette. All in all a very nice, nice light to medium-bodied wine that can be drunk fine on its own — 4 years ago
Lovely! Lemon zest, light minerals. Really enjoyed this just to sip and with coq au vin dinner. Would drink again — 5 years ago

Magnum, second day open. Plush and smooth. Surprisingly ripe, almost tropical. Old world and new world meet on the palate. — 8 years ago
Give this one a little time. But it may be THE (or one of certainly) benchmark wines for the appellation. — 10 years ago
Benchmark producer of Pouilly-Fume for me. The 2010 was a bit more polished, and the 2011 a bit more feral. I love both sides of SB. — 11 years ago

Very forward for a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical fruit with some minerality on the nose. Persistent but not overpowering acidity with enough body to match. Some residual sugar on the palette as well. — 7 years ago
Enjoying in northern Michigan, at the lake with great friends. Very crisp & refreshing. We are sipping with crackers & cheese. 4 out of 6 say they would definitely drink again. I'd agree. So that's 5 of 6. The other is sucking down a martini. — 9 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Pale lemon color, some green edges, with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of pineapple and citrus with floral notes and slight spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with citrus and stony mineral spice. — 10 months ago
