Beautiful costal Pinot from one of my favorite producers. Great balance and color while maintaining fruit intensity. Nice silky finish. — 4 years ago

Color is really light, like dilute egg white. Nose of grass, herb, dried hay, and uncooked wheat. Taste is extremely light to begin with. After warming up in the mouth, flavors show up. Slightly sweet from flowering note and honey, zest, refined acidity, and a bit spicy, like jalapeño. Refreshing and light. After taste is medium long with grapefruit note. Clean and on par. — 7 months ago
2018 Estate Bottled Reserve Blanc de Blancs Outer Costal Plain from William Heritage. Dry but still fruity, lovely small bubbles. Wonderful alone or would be a good accompaniment with most foods, especially cheese & charcuterie. — 3 years ago
Perfection. My new favorite burgundy. Crisp minerality and acidity without being too austere or too bracingly acidic. Tropical notes in the nose. Delicate. Was overpowered by the chicken we ate with it, next time would try with a more subdued meal like white fish — 10 months ago
Day 2: The initial nose of cigarette smoke blew off. Aromas of menthol, orange zest, reduced cherry, but also bright cranberry. Herbaceous. Fresh and costal on the palate. A touch of salinity, but also savory notes. Gets much better with air. — 3 years ago
With the irrepressible Virginia Willcock. A cracking cab. Savoury, elegant, but powerful. With red snapper over fire, with saltbush, costal rosemary, beach mustard, dune spinach. — 5 years ago

Such a perfect example of what Chablis has to offer. Gorgeous golden color which perfectly reflected the fall foliage in the mountain setting I was drinking it on. Stoney and rounded. Pure apple and pear fruits with a hint of lemon. — 5 months ago
