Sweet all the way throughout. Can actually taste the bourbon finish. Lots of rich dark fruit. — 3 months ago
Sting fruity aroma, Ruby red when pouring but deep translucent purple in the glass, exceptionally flavorful red fruits - particularly raspberry and cherry. Notable balance of acid and residual sugars on the finish. — 9 months ago

My first Joshua Cooper wine - had to check out the Young Winemaker of the year for 2020 awarded by Gourmet Wine Traveller magazine. Joshua has recently turned 32. This wine was quite rich and dense and a little closed aromatically - obviously quite young. Ripe plum, rose petals, with a little vegetal matter. - a big future ahead. Joshua has had wide experience with Australian wineries and in Burgundy with Domaine de la Vougeraie and Domaine Jean-Jacques Confuron. This wine from the cool climate Macedon Ranges with high profile neighbours like Bindi and Curly Flat. — 3 years ago
Mineral, oak and a bit of bret on the nose. Pretty good acid balance with the fruit. Not overly oaked and not trying to be a butter bomb. Short clean finish. Not deeply complex. — a year ago

Very fruity and “jammy” with definite woody taste. Overall one of my favorite reds. Would definitely get again! — a month ago
