Interessante, è la seconda volta che bevo buttafuoco , la prima negativa mentre questa volta non mi è dispiaciuto anzi, il miglior vino della cantina. Once again this wine was the favorite. Not too sweet and with a little effervescence, it is light but full fruit flavor. It is best chilled. We served it at a dinner party with my daughter and her college friends and they thought it was fantastic! I have to get more. They drank both bottles I had saved! We served it with roasted turkey, garlic potatoes with mushroom gravy and grilled asparagus. It went well with the dinner. — 9 years ago

2008 vintage, disgorged in 2012, 13%. Golden yellow color, with hints of green, very fine perlage. Elegant nose: honey, almond, marzipan. In the mouth it had great acidity, rich flavors of pastries and nuts, and the right sapidity too. I loved it! 93/100 — 11 years ago
