Shafer ‘Hillside Select’ Cabernet Sauvignon 1995: Balanced. Smooth. Vibrant. Full dark fruits, plum, tobacco, vanilla & oak. Long, distinguished finish. For me, this wine has aged extremely well and is still very luscious; the fruit still delivers, remaining full & soft, even after all these years. A 1995 Napa Cab doesn’t get much better than this. Amazing in every way! Cheers🍷 — 10 days ago
Az. Agri. San Valentino ‘Terra Di Covignano’ Sangiovese Superiore Riserva 2012: Medium-bodied. Great balance between acidity & tannins. Dense aromas with a nice concentration of red fruit flavors, plum, earth, spice & oak. Great smooth finish. Shared this beauty with Chris while providing a little Romagna wine education 🤓Definitely an excellent representation of a proper Sangiovese and the local Romagna terroir. Ottimo vino! Buon weekend a tutti! Cheers🍷 — 13 days ago
Château Lilian Ladouys Saint-Estèphe 2016: Medium-plus bodied. Round tannins. High acidity. Black fruits. Blueberry. Plum. Vanilla. Leather. Oak. Great finish. Consisting of 62% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon & 6% Petit Verdot, this red Bordeaux blend presents power & smoothness yet still quite youthful & evolving. Overall, very pleasing & delightful with a lot of value for the price. Great weekend to all! Cheers🍷 — 6 days ago

Tassi Brunello Di Montalcino DOCG 2015: Medium-bodied. Elegant structure. Ample acidity & well integrated tannins. Flavor focused on red fruits & dark fruits; tobacco, spice & forest floor. The finish was long & silky. For me, this was an unknown producer that left me very impressed. It’s a top class Brunello with little age yet full of Sangiovese character & goodness. Very approachable and drinking great right now however if you have the patience, it may be worth keeping in the cellar for more years. Great day to all! Cheers🍷 — 17 days ago
