Pretty deep ruby , narrow pink ruby rim . Deeper fruits , blackberry , blackcurrant and dark cherry , touch of spice . Sweeter fruits , blackberry , touch of blackcurrant , bacon fat , olive . Quite sweet tannin , ok acidity . Alcohol is slightly noticeable . Good length . This is just entering its drinking window , will continue to improve over the next 5 years and last a further 5-10. An excellent aged Cabernet to go with a Scotch Fillet at the local pub in Sorrento on Boxing Day night. Domaine A is living proof that Tasmania does get enough sunshine to ripen Cabernet Sauvignon. All the classic Cabernet descriptors - Cassis Tomato bush, and Tobacco leaf to the fore here. Medium weight with resolving tannins. — 4 months ago

This is insanely complex. Just tons of flavor and again awesome malt backbone similar to heady. Tart grapefruit, limes, with a bread like quality. Then big bitterness like orange rind and pine sap. Makes my mouth water. — 4 years ago
