Leans into its carbonic character, with a confectionary nose of bright cherry-plum bubble gum, loads of granite, and almost a subtle just-dug root vegetable note. In the mouth it has an initial belt of high/toned fruit, but then slims down and eases into a lean feel, with fine, chalky minerality being the last characteristic. Definitely on the lighter side but quite flavorful. Seems a little disjointed and would probably benefit from another year or so in the bottle to come together. — 24 days ago
It shows quite clear GC features. Fineness but with robust. Drinkable, but much enjoyable if keeping more years. 2014 @, Fruit, 240424 — 2 months ago
2020 vintage. Medium body. Pleasantly oily without being unctuous. Oodles of stone fruit and citrus with that anticipated and desired mineral underbelly. Finishes lighter and cleaner on the end palate than the experience thru the start, then mid-palate. Butcher’s prep. Mostly lean but just enough fat to stick with this cut consistently. In a word-revelatory. 4.10.24. — 2 months ago
Graphite and black fruit nose med body dense with flavors evolving after 1 hour decant. Great balance — 17 days ago
Took 30 minutes to unwind, but then—luscious red fruits, toasted vanilla, ample medium body, and a grippy finish. Hoo yeah — 2 months ago

Medium light lemon yellow . Quite cool , citrus focused on the nose , touches of white flowers and chalk dust . Fills out well on the palate with nice lemon , white peach notes , oyster shell good balanced acidity, without any excess weight. Ok length , just a hint of toastiness on the finish. Drinking well now and over the next 5 years . — 16 days ago
