Great company. Great meal. Great wine! — 7 years ago
This is very good bargain in the $25 range. This and the J Lohr Hilltop are favorites in this price range. — 7 years ago
One of the better zins I've had. Raspberry and blueberry notes. Versatile and bright. WS 90 - 2015 cellaring until 2027! $17-$25 — 8 years ago
Actually, a very good sparkling!! — 8 years ago
Found cellar notes. Bought for $25 in 1990 in NY for New Years Eve dinner. Still memorable. — 9 years ago

I like this wine. It has good fruit, and is full-bodied. Some tannins, but not overpowering. Picked this up for around $16 at a local warehouse club. I think it normally retails for $20-$25. Excellent quality for the $16 price point. — 9 years ago
This wine is over 25 years old and still amazing. It is the last bottle of a case I purchased years ago. — 10 years ago
What a way to celebrate a 25th wedding anniversary - with a 25 year old cab! — 10 years ago
1992. Anniversary wine at the restaurant we've been going to for 25 years and got engaged at! — 11 years ago
Something in magnum for the arrival of our UK friends - for my birthday and a reunion of our families. 25 years. — 12 years ago
John Skupny - Lang & Reed Wine Company
Bianco Antico sees a ridiculous 180 days on the skins of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica (different from plain Malvasia). It’s a grippy fully hopped juicy East Coast IPA. Copper tone. Bitter citrus and green tea and grapefruit.
Must love orange wine. Must love bitter dry. — 6 years ago

Great champagne blend with sharp bubbles and toasted caramel notes. Some green apple. Excellent especially at $25. — 7 years ago

🎅 Santa says “Musar is Musar & Santa is Santa 😉”
📝 I say Musar is always better with 15-25 years age but this 8 year baby is quite gluggable

Ah, the Rocks at Milton-Freewater produce such remarkable and distinctive fruit. Morgan Lee’s take on the Stoney Vine Syrah is outstanding. Earthy, gamey, succulent, dark and full stone fruit (plum) that just keeps going. This is good for another 5 years I think. — 8 years ago
Vintage 2010 - After 7 y a cardinal red colour, laurel, cherries, eucalyptus and leather, smoooooooth taste from 75% merlot 25% cabernet franc. I love this wine, a Point for winelovers that like fruity wines, way too young for the ones who like their wine mature (like me). Rather rustic. #côtesdecastillon #merlot #loveit — 9 years ago
Hard to find a better ambassador for 2001 Napa style. I'm not sure these wine makers ever surpassed this era ... Unfortunately a bit premium priced these days, but worth dropping some $$$ for, more than the average peer — 10 years ago
After sitting in the car for the better part of two days, I need a drink. This @ShaferVineyards will do! It also serves the dual purpose of welcoming my little sister to Colorado! — 12 years ago
Label has seen better days, however the juice rocked — 13 years ago
Tastes good but $25. You can find better wine for less — 6 years ago

Paul T, Missing My Beautiful Wife 24/7
Well the 40 is a good substitute, but doubled in price unfortunately

Can’t beat it for that price, best 25year out thereA Great night to say the least:
Magnum of Gargiulo money ranch road,
2000 Bryant, 25 year Macalllan. Totally forgot to post this pick from a few weeks back!
The Bryant drank as good as any French Bordeaux that I’ve ever had. The money ranch toad was mediocre in comparison and the 25 year Macallan was 2nd only to the amazing company we had in our house that night!!
Great times to say the least!

What a delicious Bas-Armagnac. Rich with vanilla and caramel notes all in abundance. But what makes this such a delightful spirit is its intensity, smoothness and the finish that lasts several minutes. Twenty five years aged, and some, this Bas-Armagnac was a little treasure that I picked up at a store that was, sadly, closing. I'm glad I did. — 9 years ago
Shannon brought. Loved!
Regular edition did not love. Kept awake. — 9 years ago
Can't say enough about a wine this serious at this price point. Absolutely stunning, elegant, and even (in a chinon way) powerful. Floral aromatic dominate - lavender and a bit of rose. Graphite, dusty chalk, red pepper, some raspberry. Fresh yet not primary. Hints of savory notes as well. Incredible spine of minerality runs through the palate. Great acidity and structure. Coiler and energetic. Finishes long and bright with refreshing pyrazines for days. In an incredible place now, so no fault in drinking but has a long, long life ahead. One of the best values in the wine world. Just exceptional — 9 years ago
Enjoyed this one as well. Definitely more levels than 24. — 10 years ago
For a luxury Napa blue chip, it's always a really solid wine. At least it doesn't take on that wet dog smell like so many of the others. Talkin' hyper-expensive ones too. — 12 years ago

From Russell From of Herman Story. Love his wines. This is one we probably should have had a year or two ago. Still really good, but a lot of the vibrancy that makes grenache so spectacular has largely fallen away. — 6 years ago
