Med concentration with garnet-orange core and orange rim with some cloudiness. Med + intensity and complexity. Roasted orange peel, sweet and mature red fruit, spice, dried herbs, dried red flowers, saw dust, and dried mushroom. The structure was still intact with high abv, med + tannin, and med acid. The notes on the palate were similar except for more candied. Tension lies with the tannin. The balance was great.
