Terrific sparkling wine and probably the best non-French sparkling wine I have had. Beautiful Pinot Noir character, fine fruit, excellent balance, and real depth. The mousse could be a little finer, especially coming directly off a run of elite Champagne, but that is a very high-class problem. As the wine opened, the purity and precision became more apparent. Outstanding sparkling wine, even if the Swiss tax prevents it from quite reaching the level of the very best Champagnes — a month ago
Brilliant. Just brilliant. Nose is so round and luminous. Black, red cherry, spice, spicey oak, so complex and deep. The palate is just stunning. Soft and viscous with gorgeous satin like texture and juuuuuust short of sweet fruit and a bitter white chocolate note but finishes luscious and mineral. Terrific inner mouth aromas and such gorgeous delicate concentration and such fine tannins. Can’t wait to see what air does. So silky and sweet with air. Unreal texture. So elegant and just awesome fruit. Juicy and so clean. Mineral finish and such fine tannin. — 3 months ago
Grand Cru B. Ridiculous wine. Sweet, structured, pure and elegant, with insane mid-palate texture, richness, length and juiciness. Huge concentration, a shock of red fruit that cascades across the palate, and a mineral, super-bright finish. Icing-on-cake texture. Wow. — 22 days ago
Fresh and bright. Full gas tannins. But these lighten up after 30 min in decanter. Tight but expressive nose. It gives Pinot but special. I’d buy more — 2 months ago
Grand Cru A. Ridiculous. My God, the concentration. So red-fruited, elegant and complex, with hauntingly complete aromas, gorgeous lift and depth, insane inner-mouth aromatics and outrageous fruit purity. The depth and texture are beyond the scale. Beyond. — 22 days ago
A mineral blizzard. Reductive, fresh and classy, smelling like a scene in nature. The finish blasts the palate with minerals. Utterly insane texture, purity and intensity, with juicy cranberry-like snap beneath the Chardonnay. One of the greatest Chardonnays I’ve tasted. — 22 days ago
Silky fruity nice density from possible slight sweetness. 2023 vintage — 6 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed as we prepped for dinner. The 2024 pours a pale straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with insane white florals, slightly underripe Bosc pear, stone fruits, lemon peel, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is soft, silky and mineral driven. Really compelling stuff. Drink now through 2034? Thanks for the assist @Lyle Fass — a day ago
