Medium cloudy lemon color. Aromas and flavors of baked apples, pears, apricots, white flowers, raw almonds, quince paste, orange zest and fennel. A touch of brioche and saline on the very bright and long finish. High level of effervescence and a creamy mousse. Silky texture and crisp acidity. Quite bold, clean and refreshing.
