Surprisingly good esp for how old it is — 3 months ago
A surprisingly serious & balanced Nero D’Avola-black fruited all the way. Plenty of casis & blackberries on palate. Quite concentrated but not overly so or too fruity-Apparently a portion of the grapes used are dried in the old style (& as in some Venetian wines). Not complex either but just delicious. Polaner book, & at 13$ a steal. — 5 months ago
Delightful chilled — would happily get again. — 6 days ago
Incredible Rioja blend. Vanilla, coconut, cedar, and dried fruits on the nose and palette. Paired great with a chocolate/caramel dessert. — 2 months ago

14.5% but doesn’t come across that hot. Prettier than it should be. But solid backbone. Red fruited. Charming. 2019 — 2 days ago
