This is delicious
Crisp refreshing summery on vibe, strawy grassy on nose reflected by its citrus guava and lime lemon side with bright acidity, all lingers to finishings authentic and alongside with its aromatic character with its unique Thai lime leaves on palate

Its a good pairings with delicate dishes, thus, mushroom soup sautéed with bacon and cheese is our tonight’s choice

Easily drinkable. Dry with a peppery finish, notes of lychee. Excellent with Thai curry. — 5 years ago
2020 June / July. Great in those instances where you want a Riesling for what it does with things like Thai or Vietnamese food - it has the right balance of acidity, sweetness, and minerality — 6 years ago
Serve cold, great with pad Thai. — 6 years ago
Our #bordeaux guide said this would pair marvelously with medium spicy Indian food. We were doubtful but she’s absolutely right. Nice heady aroma of apricot, peach, balanced acidity and starting to show some of that complexity that age brings to #sauternes. It’s pretty amazing how well it stands up to Indian food or Thai which would blow away most other wines. — 8 years ago

Lite gold look, pear nose, medium bodied, lychee, pear, nutty dry flavors long length pairs with spicy Thai, Asian fare — 9 years ago
Clear and golden like sunshine in the mountains on an autumn day or the skin of a Golden Delicious apple. Light and airy aroma. Some flowers. Some citrus. Maybe a lemon herbal or green tea. Flavors are simple but gratifying. Dry. Hint of lemon bars. Slight camphor or eucalyptus, but plenty of bite both tannically and acid wise. Label says ‘honey’. Fits, but without the sweet. Essence of honey? Beeswax maybe. This is lovely paired with lemon cheese cake or spicy Thai food. — 5 years ago
A somewhat unusual Riesling, but a great wine. A little lighter on the mouthfeel but so lively and complex. Great with Thai. Very refreshing. — 6 years ago

Crisp with notes of green apple and minerals. Slight secondary citrus notes. Was fantastic when paired with Thai curry. — 9 years ago

On the sweeter side and fruity but actually paired really well with pad Thai. I wouldn’t necessarily drink with all foods but it worked well. — 5 years ago
