Our #bordeaux guide said this would pair marvelously with medium spicy Indian food. We were doubtful but she’s absolutely right. Nice heady aroma of apricot, peach, balanced acidity and starting to show some of that complexity that age brings to #sauternes. Had it over several nights, including a night of Thai food (pork belly, peppers and onions, and a fried roll with pork) and then with some sheep's milk cheese. Delicious with the spicier Asian food.
