Lovely balance in this classic Spätlese - medium sweetness with green apple, quince, lime and blossom (honeysuckle and linden) on the nose, Adding bit of white peach and slate minrrality on the palate with crisp acidity to balance the sweetness. Fine, long finish

Stupid good...especially with spicy Thai food. It’s a tried & true pairing, yes, but it still doesn’t prevent my mind from being blown 🤤🤯
