New producer to me, very solid Schoenbourg GC Riesling! — 8 years ago
Closed in the beginning. Opened up after a while and WHAO! What a complex fruit mixture! Grape, mango, honey, passion fruit....We loved it! Not a typical riesling, a real surprise. — 8 years ago
Unbelievable. Over dinner at Le Table Gourmet in Riquewihr, France. — 9 years ago
Elegant petroleum nose, then sweet flowers, honey... — 9 years ago
Beautiful! Finally an Alsace Riesling with the nervousness and limey notes one usually finds in a German Riesling. Dry minerality with good fruity sweetness that reminds me of ripe peaches, pineapple and a whiff of white pepper. Luckily, this producer was (last year) and will be (next winter holiday) our neighbor in Riquewihr. Also, their prices are very reasonable. — 10 years ago
Amazing acid, balance, long — 10 years ago
Amazing wine but just not as absolutely delectable as the 71 — 11 years ago
Brought this back from Hugel at Fils in Riquewihr France, saving for a special occasion. — 11 years ago
The 2015, the other half of the night's comparison. Less subtle, more floral. Jasmine, rose petal, honey. All powerful, but all a bit separate and distinct. I think this could lie down for a good while. Will be pleased to try another bottle in a few years. — 8 years ago

Более сильный и уверенный аромат: спелый персик, желтые фрукты, среднетелое с хорошей кислотностью — 10 years ago
This was a vendages tardives (late harvest) digestif. Not too sweet, but definitely a dessert style wine. Excellent. — 11 years ago
Honey and apricot. Orange nose. Ultimate desert wine. Enough acidity to be refreshing. Crime broiler. Cartelized. — 11 years ago
Delicious with Peking Duck at one of our favorite restaurants in London!!! — 8 years ago

Gorgeous bubbles, tight bubbles, magnolia, green pear...awesome — 10 years ago
A nice example. Gives a lot on the lychee-floral-aspirin spectrum without being too lush. About 10 grams of RS, low cheesy-smokey character. No-very low botrytis. It'll never be my grape, but this is absolutely text book. — 11 years ago
Superbe avec le foie gras! — 11 years ago

Certainly not the same as drinking this in the quaint village of Riquewihr; but, Baltimore will just have to do. Amazing for the price point (we didn’t even bring back any of these bargain bottles). Really cool Alsatian blend. Good balance. A lot of white fruit. — 8 years ago
