Enjoyed this 95 CF 5 CS blend from Saumur. Classic mineral backbone was present, just enough punch, but the best was its rounded and elegant texture that manifested on the palate. Aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% in old Burgundian barrels. Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and herb notes.
