So lively but yet so complex. Bubbles were like a young vintage, amazing golden hue and great vanilla driven nose. So good — 8 months ago
Nice looking bottle, TS fill. Brought to Grasings in Carmel, opened/decanted 4 hrs before. Reddish tawny, doesn’t look it’s age. Wow nose. Exotic, attention grabbing. Notes of tea, rose petals, black fruit, some licorice and a little menthol. Ethereal in the mouth. Needed 5+ hrs to show its stuff. Had the staff standing in line for some shared pours. Great showing. At peak but bottles like this one are going to deliver pleasure for another 10 years easily. — 6 years ago

Quite deep ruby garnet core with garnet rim . Aromatic and quite deeply spicy on the nose with liquorice , dried spices , red cherry , red plum , rose . On the palate this is quite intense and tannic, red cherry , red plum , saline with smoky , tobacco , liquorice hints . Firm tannins with fresh acidity , sweet spice and ripe red fruit . Good length , this still is pretty young and needs more time . Better in another 5-10 years and will last well a further 10-15 — 7 months ago
A fruit bomb, silky and textured on the palate, drinking amazing — 3 years ago
Not a 1er Cru, but it should be! Lovely Vosne. Velvet, sappy cherry fruit with Vosne spice. Hints of vanilla and stones. A whiff of oak char on the nose, but less so on the palate. Decanted for 2 hours prior to consumption. — 4 years ago
