Wanted something to go with carnitas tonight. Not sure if this will pair well, but it is very tasty. I stole a premature sip while the meat cooks. Lots and lots of berries, tart, blue and red. I smell Syrah. Bright acidity, medium tannins. Terroir, stone. It feels a little Old World.

3.5. Excellent Washington State Cab, very smooth with wonderful fruits. We really enjoyed it. On sale for $16.99. — 2 months ago
A popular US import here in Zürich, at least with my family. Had it many times, very consistent. Solid Cab, very bold and fruit-forward, a little syrupy, some red licorice. Some haters on Delectable, but it never let me down. Very grill-worthy with plenty of smoked meats. — 3 months ago
Been holding this for awhile and really enjoyed this at 12 years old. — 3 months ago
Sweet dried redfruits and oak aromas, soft tannins, sweet fruit on palate as well, very fine acidity and depth, seems close to fully mature, but should last 3-5 years at least, kudos to Patrick Campbell, who made a lot of outstanding LG Cabernets back in the 1980s and 1990s, excellent Sonoma Mountain Cabernet!! — 4 months ago
Drinking very well now. Really enjoyed it. — a month ago
This wine and this vintage definitely punches above its weight. Soft yet structured - reminds me (almost!) of what a Don Melchor offers… — 2 months ago
2019 vintage. Tasted 30 minutes after being opened. Not decanted. Not nearly as gratuitous as the vast majority of 2019’s. Overall, lean but with a pleasant substrate/foundation of dark plum and cassis. A bit tight and would definitely benefit from a 2+hour decanter spa/lounge sesh. 07.15.25 — 4 months ago
