So good and worked so well with Korean barbecue consisting of black cod, portobello, and poor quality steak with a lot of fat, tendon, and salt. — 4 months ago
In southern Burgundy, at the northern border of Beaujolais, lies the Pouilly-Fuisse appellation. Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and sweet floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, melon and lemon citrus with notes of honey and vanilla oak. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with minerality. Consistent quality! Nice! Good value! — a month ago

Nose has recently cut yellow apple, fresh pineapple, cane sugar and faint beeswax.
Palate has tart/under-ripe pineapple/yellow apple, lemon zest with mild chalky notes; plenty of acid to keep the palate lively. A great vintage for white Burgundy; A standout bottle from a heavily diminished case.
Paired with boneless chicken thighs, gnocchi, Parmesan cream sauce and kale from the garden (picked today, January!). — 3 months ago
