Fort Ross Seaview is always nice. — 9 months ago
One of the best Girard 23’s. First time since April and it’s just as I remember. What a wine. Lush, giving cherry nose that just exudes purity and generousness. So inviting. Palate is lush and generous with unreal fruit. Black cherry, red cherry, blackberry. So dense, so explosive and fresh. Gorgeous, diamond cut tannins. Unreal wine. Wow. — 10 days ago
A wonderful Mount Veeder Cab that has aged elegantly.
The nose shows blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum laced with savory notes of cedar, tobacco and dried herbs. The palate is concentrated yet vibrant with silky tannins has firm grip, finishing long with hints of cocoa and espresso.
Restrained power and finesse, Yannick brought both Veeder’s rugged characters and French precision. Last bottle. — 4 months ago
A bit syrupy on the nose but the highish abv is surprisingly well balanced. Lot of blueberry. One of the better Pinots imo but not worth the extra wait and still boring — 11 days ago
Light bodied. Delicious with notes of licorice, but not overwhelming. — a month ago
Casemates mystery wine. Used a bit to poach some salmon, and drank the rest with dinner. It was delicious, and complemented dinner perfectly. — 5 months ago

2023 vintage. Relatively crispy and super clean. Light-medium body. Akin to the fog patterns in the area. Shifting and constantly morphing. Complicated stuff and definitely not your usual CA chard. 12.10.25. — a month ago
