The complex palate features Asian melon, guava and apricot fruit along with notes of those sweet spices and honey. A bit of mineral on the long and luxurious finish. Slightly oily texture. Medium plus in body and refreshing, with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with apples, citrus, light apricots, spices, earth, light vegetables and sea salt.

This is a very tasty Pinot Blanc from Alsace. Nicely balanced and easy drinking right out of the bottle. Elegant and fruit forward.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. I paired it with a grilled red snapper.

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2023 pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with powerful notes of tart and ripe, citrus and tropical, fruit: grapefruit, passionfruit, white and yellow flowers, alfalfa, jalapeño pepper, and flinty minerals .
