This is prime. Some red stone fruits in here, like plum, along with dark cherries, are really dominant. There is a good spice level, nice vanilla, and a freshness that I wasn’t expecting. Great medium body with medium tannic structure. Could keep aging for another half decade at least. — 6 months ago

Oh wow, this is #valpolicellaripasso is lovely, bolt of cassis, bramble fruit and just this really faint undertone of peppery spice. Though this is Ripasso it’s very lithe on the palate - not weighty at all, fleshy acidity and that subtle peppery spice on the finish. This bottle will disappear fast, with or without a meal pairing. #corvina — 7 months ago
