Tasting really good right now. Less sweet than a non single vintage — 3 months ago

Garys' Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021

Medium ruby color. Aromas of cherry, baking spice, hint of hay and blackberry. A bit stronger than the Rosellas Vineyard. Dark cherry, cocoa and plum on the palate. — 7 months ago

Heritage Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2021

A bit disappointing. Thought this was Browne of Kosta Browne (using just his surname post-sale) but alas, it is not. — 2 years ago

Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2016

This is Dan Kosta (Kosta Brown) new label. It’s a good example of Sonoma with raspberry and cherry tones with a brightness and acidity that work great with our spicy miso salmon. — 5 years ago

Bootlegger's Hill Chardonnay 2021

Incredibly nuanced and perfectly balanced Chardonnay. Beautiful aroma and couldn’t be more presently surprised at such a delicate California Chardonnay! Wish I bought more. — a year ago

Site Series Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Dark, slightly glass-clinging garnet purple. Abundant nose of compote blueberries. Medium full palate confirms the nose adding plum juice, red apple peel, violets, and graphite. Medium acidity. Medium, mildly assertive tannins. Medium long finish. Classic rich HHH that's a perfect bridge between California fruit and Bordeaux structure. Beef, lamb, and rich stews are in order. Drink now through 2027. — 2 years ago

v15. Very nice, shaved, smoked cedar nose. Bold, rich, mixed cherry and tar fruit. Dry, tight mocha finish. Definite food wine. — 4 years ago

One Sixteen Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2021

I love this wine. Crisp citrus and oak with round pear and vanilla. Holds up well to food but enjoyable on its own. — 5 months ago

Treehouse Vineyard Pinot Noir 2020

Nice Pinot Noir. Very intense fruit flavors that are a little too much. Definitely an excellent wine, but just too strong at this time. Perhaps wait a few years. — a year ago
