Hello my friends and fellow wine lovers! The wine tonight is: Joseph Phelps cabernet sauvignon 2019. Black pepper and blackberry pie fresh out if the oven on the nose. At 14.5% abv, the palate begins with a thick rich dark berry and vanilla explosion. Then comes the black pepper, spice and everything nice. There is oak, a hint of cedar, cigar box, and graphite. Wow!!!! This is followed by an amazing hint of dark chocolate and mor graphite. This is a very mineral rich wine.  The finish is so dry my tongue and lips won’t open.  I have to have another sip immediately.!!!! This is by far the best wine I’ve had this year!! — 10 months ago

Floral nose, with complex palate. Slightly tart, with ripe tart cherries. While light, it has a more full mouth feel than expected. Quite nice! You won't find a Pinot like this anywhere else! Score 1 for the Russian River Valley! — 2 years ago

Выпито у Вадима Гитлина вечером 06.06.21 после визита в Пильницу семьи Ботеновских. Дома выпили 3 бутылки разных новозеландских совиньон бланов , а затем я рванул в гости к Вадиму. Ему этот молодой пино нуар 2019 года весьма понравился - видимо , это вообще его сорт винограда. Мне - спокойно. Очень хорошо поговорили по бизнесу. — 3 years ago
