Time to open one of these 2017’s.

This very pleasant. Nicely Rounded out with 7 yrs or so in bottle.

The mouthfeel shows nice viscosity. It is round & a little waxy. Shows beautiful honeysuckle notes, golden apple, Meyer lemon, light lime juice, not quite pineapple syrup, green apple is late to the party, pink grapefruit w/ a light sprinkle of sugar, mango, some green melon, marmalade fruits quality-orange peel, yellow peaches, dryish apricots, warm caramel, dry chalk-limestone powder, fine grain, grey volcanic minerals, saline, soft flintiness, hints of white pepper, sea fossils, light saline, warm, well done toast, white flowered, yellow lilies, excellent acidity with a round, lush, well balanced, elegant finish that lasts two-minutes and lands on beautiful minerals.

Really excellent with the Jasper Hill Farms Champagne Washed Harbison. Limited release. Might be the best pair w/ this cheese to date. — 10 months ago

Just a wonderful BB which we could honestly drink everyday if we had enough, prior notes still apply:

Nose has pear juice, ripe yellow apple, lightly oxidized green apple peel, baked phyllo dough, partially aromatic white flowers and damp rocks. I always get a natural wine vibe here, without the vinegar-like profile, but it seems alive!

Palate has baked green and yellow apple pastry, crisp acidity yet dense, candle wax begins on the finish and ends with dry granite. Great balance, very lengthy finish, clean and not cumbersome, superb vintage, long life ahead. — 6 years ago

Ruby red color with aromas of ripe red fruits and floral spice, aged in concrete for 6-8 months and bottled with a light, non-sterile filtration and minimal sulfur. On the palate flavors of black raspberry and black cherry with floral notes. Medium+ finish, fine tannins, ending with fruit and spice. Good value! — 2 months ago

A little young to be drinking to be honest. More structured than the corcellette. (Different year of course) lighter fruit by a lot and super interesting. Still really really like this as a lighter Beauj wine. Makes me want to try more from the producer. Edit: after a bit of air this is what I would have always hoped a fleurie would be with elegant feminine characteristics. Excellent. Second edit with more wine: glorious violent notes.
