Really enjoying the generous, sensual, textured nature of this vintage and top producers really nailed it. — 7 months ago
Red to dark red fruits, cherry, raspberry and pomegranate, garrigue, and singed black schiste stone/mineral notes, lavender florals too. The palate is medium bodied, with intense flavors that are lightning it's feet. I am a fan of Faugeres wines and it's rare for me to try a new one like this one. — 9 months ago
Cherry cordial fruit menagerie. Impossible balance. — 5 months ago
Garnet with significant bricking. The nose is all savoury with umami, barbecue meat, and smoke. The palate is again dominated by savoury meatiness. Soy. Very elegant. Classic burgundy - bold and powerful flavours with ethereal weight. — 9 months ago
Comes out earthy and a touch funky, which fades with time open, leaving behind pure brambly berry fruit. Delicate, with good concentration and length. — 3 years ago
Full-bodied, just dry enough, and complexly layered. 80 Pinot Noir, 20 Chardonnay. Disgorged October 29, 2020. — 3 years ago
Violet color, plum, violet, blueberry jam. ? Is it PN? Quite juicy. Mistook to take it with Japanese food. This is for the one to enjoy it without food, after dinner. But depending on raising temperature, a bit animal flavor is getting increased. So it would possibly choose lovers. Or enjoy it at lower temperature. 2018 @2280, domaine -, 210519 — 4 years ago
Very different than the 2014 Cote de Leche, this seems much more youthful and currently a little disjointed, with youthful primary lemon aromas and flavors, lovely acidity, medium-long finish, but lacking the amazing depth and complexity of the Cote de Lechet, very good! — 6 months ago
