Spectacular wine! First pour was fruity and tart acting like a newly bottled Pinot. Amazing for a 14 year old bottle. But with a bit of air it transformed into a luscious full bodied smooth treat with a lovely bouquet of fruit and ripe earth. The finish just kept going. Enjoyed with a hunk of prime rib. — 4 months ago

2017 enjoyed 10/7/2023. nose: caramelized pineapple, wavering between oxidative and candied. wiffs of fresh floral pass quickly, stony/mineral undertone. palate: medium body, oily viscosity, high acid and mineral leave my tongue tingling. gorgeous. glad that I opened. — 7 months ago
Crozes Hermitage is a favorite and this one excels. Drinking this in a restaurant in Chicago, Bistronomic. If I see this in a wine store, I’d grab a case. — 20 days ago
