今が2025年なので、21年前のワイン。

色はガーネット色になっていないように見える。
香りも熟成的なニュアンスはなく、とてもきれい。

飲んでみると、ドライローズ?アセロラ?

ネッビオーロとは思えない香り。ドルチェットもドルチェットらしからぬ香りだったが、その時と同じ香りがする。ジュゼッペマスカレッロ香とも言うべき香りなのか。。。

タンニンは完全に溶け込んでいて、澄み切ったというか、透明感のある果実味。
軽やかだが、緻密で焦点があった感じがする。
エレガントというかとにかく優しく繊細。
ブラインドではバローロ と言えないと思う。
唯一無二のワイン。

ちなみに、最後にオリも一切なし。本当に21年前のワインだったのだろうか。。。

The lovely colour of this Nebbiolo, which is ever so slightly pink, adds a great sense of occasion. The nose suggests jam and something like currant. The bouquet includes the flavour of a sweet red apple. The finish is long, with pepper and plum. — 2 months ago

Nice Barolo with lots of limestone showing minerality and brightness. Still a little tight after 11 years, but it’s fantastic with a nice piece of beef. Floral on the nose with juicy choke cherry, leather, unsweetened coco, tobacco, raspberry preserves, and crushed blueberries on the palate. — 2 months ago

Opened on TG. Even with 6-7 hours, it never really opened up. Tight, high acid. Recorked and gave it until Saturday and what a transformation. Mushroom, earth, leather, with fruit still present. Happy to have had the second experience — 7 months ago
