Really good. Needs a few hours of air. I’m guessing will be better in 5 years. Cherries, tobacco, strawberry jolly rancher, earth, a bit of evergreen. — 10 months ago
This is a wine that fits perfect on a hot summer day sitting outside enjoying the weather. Incredibly crisp and fresh, with the perfect amount of acidity. Pale in color, with great minerality. Very very good and would drink again — 4 months ago
A full body Negroamaro from Salento South Italy. Beautiful dark color, mild nose. Delicious palate.
Overwhelming ripe harvest wine, with good backbone. — 7 months ago
At 9 years and with 6h decant this is singing. Expressive, juicy, fresh and quite mineral.
Black fruit, cloves, black pepper, dried orange peel + a warm rocky mineral presence. Highly enticing.
On the palate this is medium bodied, with bright, juicy acidity and a beautiful tannic frame. Quite pronounced but polished, juicy and slowly mellowing. Love the tension between the tannins and acidity. And the space in between. Very long finish with a mineral, rocky ending.
This is quite serious but so drinkable! Works beautifully with food (ribeye!) but also is highly enjoyable after. A bit of a meditation wine.

Medium ruby in color; blackberries, plums, and dried leaves on the nose; medium minus acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like strawberries, hibiscus, and crushed gravel with a long finish. Nellie says it's ok. I like it. — 6 months ago
Dark ruby/purple color with a slight garnet rim. Aromas of ripe black berry/currant fruit, ash, smoke and leather. Sour red and black cherry fruit on the palate with additional notes of figs, black olives, woody herbs and black pepper spice. Nice hint of charred oak on the medium-plus finish. Well balanced and powerful. Better as it opened up so give this wine a decant. Solid QPR. — 8 months ago
