Drinking wonderfully right now beautiful complexity, depth, and nice, dark fruit earth and herbs and just the right amount of tannins in finish — 8 days ago
Welcoming the Holiday Season ⛄️❄️🎅🎁 Cheers!🥂
Previous notes apply except this tastes sweeter now that I have fully shifted to Extra Brut. Pre EB purchase. Also, EB in 375’s are more difficult to locate.
The balance will be really good w/ Key Lime Tart later! 🍋🟩 — 17 days ago

Light French rosé, served with buratta salad at Seven High, Kennebunk, ME — 5 months ago
aromas are so complex with sliced fresh and dried ginger, subtle pie crust, tarte tatin and hints of nutmeg with some salted caramel. Toasted bread, too. Always subtle. The palate is full- to medium-bodied yet hemmed-in with a freshness and balance that draws you back. Savory and vibrant — 10 days ago
2023 vintage. Screw cap. Trader Joe’s selection. Have picked up a few bottles of this every year over the last decade just to have as haus wine-esp during the holidaze. This is the best vintage I’ve had. Structure. Fruit. Accessibility. It has rolled at $7.99 a bottle as long as I can remember. Grabbed a bottle without checking the price but assuming it’s still $10 or less. Drinking like it’s a $25 bottle. Picking up more this week. 11.18.28. — a month ago
Very good. And a good price point. — 4 months ago

Aromatics of new leather and dried fruit. Not your average Côtes du Rhône as you would expect from Chateau de Beaucastel. More full bodied than expected to go with our chicken dish. Far richer than Guigal’s version of Côtes du Rhône. — 15 days ago
