How about just "Yes" burnt Carmel nutty dry well balanced. Perfectly paired with olive oil cake. Beautiful. This is the third sherry from this producer I have drank in the past 2 months and each one outdoes the previous one. Pure heaven that goes on and on. Nothing else needs to be said. If you are able to acquire this, I strongly recommend you jump on this beauty!! — 8 years ago
Restrained - like a fino with less alcohol. — 9 years ago
Perfect. This wine is all, "LOL you know about sherry?" And then when you're done with the bottle you're like "NO!" — 10 years ago
Saline, iodine, lanolin, mineral, amazing and complex profile, florpower! — 11 years ago
Keith's annual fino dinner where I over drink carbon dated sherry. Dry start and finish with rockstar spunk. Very mineral. Special barrel at the end of the line with the oldest wine in the entire solera. — 8 years ago
De los q más me gustaron, el que más en los dulces, dulce pero sin ser demasiado pesado — 8 years ago
