Beautiful Crystal color, with hints of green and gold in the middle, medium to light body, with a prominent palate, and notes of crisp green apple, green pear, and underripe lemon. Fermented in 500L barrels in the Burgundian way (topped up). Aged for 10 months in neutral 350L oak barrels. Fresh, slightly saline, good acidity.
