A big wine with full fruit aromas adding the right touch of cedar spice. Palate has black and red berry flavors, adding cacao and sweet cinnamon, soft with a citrus kick. Beautiful gold color with classic petrol aromas of Riesling. In the mouth the fruit is rich and intense with great structure. Just the right amount of residual sugar to go with food such as chicken and Asian foods. Wonderful wine. — 5 years ago
2009v. Light gold color. On the nose: petrol, tart yellow apples, and a little lemon and tropical pineapple. That clean and juicy lemon comes through on the palette, too. Racy acidity, very dry, and a little salty on the finish. An intricate but delicate wine- best with simply prepared seafood or chicken, or with rich soft rind cheeses.
