The 2021 vintage is much better than the 2020 in this wine. Classic Etna Rosso with elegant mouthfeel and balanced acidic finish. Light red wine that is a good alternative for Burgundy. This Etna’s fruit is more restrained but still present and more Burgundy than New World in style. — 10 months ago
Big Nerello with tannic structure. Red fruit with smoke and earth. Delicious. — 4 years ago
Deep translucent ruby. Salty, smoky nose with strong iron/blood notes. Medium bodied with very nice grip. Pure red fruit. Good length. Clean and fresh and juicy. Balanced. Not as good as Etna pt 1 but still, love this style — 6 years ago
Needs to decant & open for 30+ but is lovely.
Had this one at Ett's — 7 years ago
Nice blend from this Oregon winery with Washington state sourced grapes. Still holding its own and drinking decently after 17 years. — a year ago

Back at Arcane after a year+. Dinner was excellent as always- the tasting menu seemed like a best of with all of their classic dishes. The wine picked by our Som was exactly as he explained-starts juicy but with time it opened up and got more complex. — 10 months ago
Agree with @Chris MacLean : peppery. I’ve not had many wines like this, and loved the expansion of my experience. — 3 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
From the slopes of Monte Gorna, south-east side of Mount Etna, made with the local grape Carricante, medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and honey floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with slight citrus and vanilla notes. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with salty mineral character. Very Nice! — 9 months ago
