Dark red purple. Inviting nose of black berry and black currant. Echoed on the medium full palate with hints of graphite and patent leather. Medium non-assertive tannins most present on the back palate leads to the medium long finish. Medium acidity and silky oak makes this second label a nice entry point into Bordeaux for the New World enthusiast. Fine cuts of beef with Bordelaise is a natural of course. Drink now through 2028 while waiting for Calon-Segur to ripen. — 4 years ago
Easy to drink. Black cherry with a hint of spice. Bought at Mitsukoshi for ¥4,500. — 5 years ago
I enjoyed it but was overshadowed by the amazing wine I had before it — 5 years ago
If only the Rangers could play as well on ice as this delicious wine does on my supple palate.. sigh, well perhaps, like a fine wine, this hockey team will not actually suck ass this evening... — 6 years ago
Pretty wine. Tastes better day 2. — 3 years ago

Second bottle - Nose: chocolate, dark berries, a little breadiness (like bread dough). Taste is smooth, nice blueberries and a little tobacco (?). Don’t get the herbs I got from the first bottle. Still a great bottle of wine. — 5 years ago
100% Sauvignon Blanc & delicious. This is the first I've had from 'Emmenez-Moi'. Bright but note ripe with mild acidity. Looking forward to trying more from them! — 6 years ago
Has the mouthfeel of that thing where you're at a party where you don't really know the hosts but they pour a fancy champagne they've been saving for a while and you're like 'hmm kind of tastes like dusty sourdough..but maybe I like it?' but you only got a half glass so you're not sure, but in this case I had the whole bottle to myself. — 6 years ago

Delicious! Medium bodied, somewhat dry, almost creamy texture, fruity but not jammy. — 6 years ago

2020 vintage. From dedicated parcels, Marquis de Calon Ségur is very different from the grand vin, with Merlot dominating the blend. Immediately expressive, with abundant red fruit and flowers. Impeccable purity of fruit and a silky mouthfeel. Good value at one third of the price of the grand vin. Abv. 14,5%. — 17 hours ago
