Perfect wine for a celebration! Something easy to chill and enjoy for New Years Eve. — 4 months ago
This is young...very young. However! This is already very impressive. Somewhat of a "if you know, you know" wine that has bags of potential. Give this 10 years and it will go up against almost any wine. Did an aged blind tasting against Dominus a few years ago and this smashed. Good one to have in your cellar! — 4 months ago
Underripe red berry freshness on a bed of creme fraiche — 10 months ago
Bit musky was slightly flat, little woody aftertaste — 9 months ago
Quite a nice #englishsparklingwine featuring the classic #chardonnay #pinotnoir and #pinotmeunier blend. Evolved balance between a racy lemony-style and a richer yeasty and brioche cuvée. Lovely 🍾 but for the same price seems like there are so many equally good if not better choices across the English Channel in Champagne.

Just about perfect w/oysters in San Diego! — 2 months ago

A nice way to toast my daughter’s 33rd Birthday! Blend of Chardonnay (42%), Pinot Noir (39%) and Meunier (18%). Straw gold color. Ripe apple hits both the nose and palate immediately with additional notes of pie and bread dough, lemon, apricot, white flowers and fresh herbs. Distinct chalky/nutty note on the finish. Rich and full bodied. Acidity was a bit lighter than expected. Quite dry but extremely fruit forward. A bit lacking in effervescence and mousse but still quite enjoyable. Thank you for sharing and Happy Birthday, Kase! — 7 months ago

A bit muted on the nose for the first few hours, this eventually opened up with some raspberry fruit to go along with its mineral backbone. Not quite worth what I paid for it but not terrible either.. — 2 months ago

Bellissima interpretazione dell’annata.
Fresco, teso e molto piacevole.
Poca struttura ma ben bilanciata.
Bel finale che dona peso e carattere.

Crimson with a cherry red tinge. A certain pong on the nose - a cowyard note but not off putting - I like it. On the medium bodied palate black fruits and sour cherry. Highly savoury on the palate. The cowyard notes remained throughout the 3 to 4 hour time frame to consume the bottle. I drink very few Loire Valley reds but on the basis of this wine I should drink more. — 2 months ago
