В Бисиклете - сухенько на запах, на вкус фруктово-сдержанно, очень прилично. — 3 years ago

Intense raspberry and cherry. Smooth tannins. Love this one. — 6 years ago
Solid Cornas with 10 years on it. A lite smokiness on the nose to start, and a hint of it lingers, enhancing the profile. Smooth, with a bit of chocolate, earth and mushroom on the palate. Clean, dark red but almost Nebbiolo-like in color. Enjoyed with the New Hampshire Chicken for 2, all three sauces (tarragon, morel, and Coq Au Vin), mushroom and spinach fricassee, and thick cut French fries at Le Coq Rico. — 8 years ago
This time was not great as the first one! — 5 months ago
Good value northern Rhône syrah. Lots of the standard markers: dark cherry, blueberry, black olive, some smoky bacon. Medium tannins, firm but not overpowering. — 5 months ago
I like it and my husband like it too.
Not a standout or especially good, but a dry white Rhone blend that is quaffable. — 5 years ago
Sweet dark fruits, leather, smoke with some roasted meat. — 6 years ago
Just a ridiculous value at <$25 from fass selections. Definitely agree that this is a long-lived wine - this is at its best 4+ hours into decanting, before that the tannins are a bit chewy. But a great example of a Morgon from one of my favorite Beaujolais vintages. Subtle aromatics with great mouthfeel and nice red fruit. Great pairing with a roast Provençal style chicken. Quite seamless after much air and very nice. — 6 years ago
2015 lovingly stored, drank at what feels like its peak in 2026, all the necessary acidity and fruit but deep and mature secondary flavors of Syrah — 5 months ago
It's sharp. Dark fruit (a plum for sure) and leather. Short oaky finish. — 6 years ago

This is a balanced, elegant Condrieu. It’s got rich, juice-oozing ripe fruit (only slightly tropical) on the nose, but not in an over-the-top way. There’s also a lightly smoky minerality. Soft and richly flavored in the mouth, but, again, somehow in a balanced way. Acids a little in the low side but heck, it’s Viognier. In a word, elegant. — a day ago
