From one of the absolute best sites in Chassagne, the ‘22 vintage and third vintage from Theo Dancer is expectedly superb, and the sunny and impeccably located La Romanée vineyard is profoundly textural, satiny and incisive with a particularly citrusy profile with freshly baked bread and chalky minerality. This is of course, still very young and is without a doubt built to age. — a year ago

Wow. Excellent. 2008 — 11 years ago
Initially thought the wine was premoxed but eventually came around. Little minerality, likely resulting from vintage but enough fruit and complexity to keep the wine enjoyable. — 12 years ago
Clean, full bodied Montrachet with almondy body, hint of lemon and in excellent condition. — 3 years ago
Honeyed and great intense zesty lemon. Minerality and electric detailed acidity… rich and punchy. Long. In great shape — 8 months ago
Tasted blind. Medium gold, heavy. Great leesy lemon nose. Some honey and white stone too. Very tight, with Chablis-like intensity/acidity. Seems young. I go with 02 Raveneau MdT as a guess. Surprised to see an 89 in such great condition. I had/loved the 86 of this. Would love to find me some of this 89... — 6 years ago
Tasted blind. Medium gold color. Musty nose. Notes of lemon, earth, river stones and some honeysuckle. Tight wine. Needed air to expand and gain some complexity. Developed that Ramonet mint characteristic. Great showing but limited in its ability to deliver the full package. Guessed 93 Ramonet Ruchottes. — 8 years ago
Just yum - lemon curds, wet rocks, and juicy acidity wrapped in goodness. — 11 years ago

2005. Perhaps a bit past its prime. But still excellent. Morphed to a chalky sense on the palate. Still loved it. — 6 months ago
