Le Nombre d'Or Brut Sablé Blanc des Blancs Champagne Chardonnay 2014

25% Chardonnay, 25% Arbanne, 25% Petit Meslier, 25% Pinot Blanc
48 months aging.
A rounded delicious partner for neuvo-Filipino @Tabachoy. Sleek enough to play nicely with all the pork richness on the table. Hints of bread and white earth/flowers on the nose. Complete in every way. A great food wine. Nice thread of bubbles never harsh.
Delicious!

HWT - I think it’s around $70? It was light and delicious, small bubbles, but a very nice flavor. — 3 months ago

Dr. L Mosel Riesling 2021

Best Riesling ever! Mellow with soft fragrance reminiscent of the Mosel Valley! On the sweeter side, but perfect for our Dal & Parathas! — 18 days ago

Château du Nozet

Baron de L Pouilly-Fumé Sauvignon Blanc 2002

Eerste slok te veel oxidatie en verouderingstonen, na half uur prima te drinken, maar niet meer zo fris en fruitig. — 24 days ago
