Light bodied with little finish. Bright, fruity, and bitter — 7 years ago
Very happy to try this unusual alpine grape. Aroma presents straightforwardly fruity at first, with notes of cranberry and wild raspberry, but with time develops some mineral funk, some gamey/muskiness, and some vegetal characteristics. Medium tannins, medium+ juicy acidity. For me, this sits somewhere between a Cru Beaujolais and a Loire Cab Franc. Nice! — 8 years ago

Rubis clair
Nez de petit fruit rouge léger épices et notes d orange sanguine avec l aeration
Bouche simple sur un très beau fruit sans boise
Finale sur les fruit rouges acidulés et une pureté crayeuse
Pourrait être un très beau chambolle musigny village

Delicate, low alcohol, highly expressive nose of violets, cherries, cinnamon and clay earth. On the palate, tart red and blue fruit, floral and peppery. Tastes a bit like a cross between Beaujolais and lighter style northern Rhone. Drinks every bit as lovely as that sounds. — 9 years ago
