This actually ended up being a really interesting Thanksgiving wine. 40% Gamay, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Mondeuse. It ends the white or red question with a “How about both?” Light, high acid. Citrus, cranberry. Simple, but highly drinkable. Allows the food and company to take center stage. — 5 years ago

100% Gamay Pet Nat. Light fuchsia color. Aromas of red berry fruit, rose petals and touches of vanilla and pleasant funk. Flavors of raspberry, strawberry, cranberry and pomegranate fruit with a slight mineral note. Medium-plus finish and crisp acidity. Vibrant bubbles along with a creamy mousse and texture.
