Dégorgement 2018 millésime 2011
Bulle fine superbe équilibre et finesse assez incroyable au regard du millésime — 5 months ago
This wine is a great bargain and also shows how Bouchard has ramped up their quality in recent years. Pale lemon color with pronounced aromas of acacia, lemon, green apple, pear, wet stone, vanilla, clove, smoke, and a bit of honey. All is conveyed on the palate as well with a beguiling, creamy texture and a long finish. This is a lovely wine that is approachable now but will improve for another five or 10 years. Lovely. — 7 months ago
I date it a little higher than the majority — 10 months ago
Bright, bitter lemon tartness and acidity, high minerality bordering on salinity. More bodied starfruit and melon flavors. — 4 months ago
We had the 2010 Vintage on 11/4-5/23. A real good PN. Tastes of raspberry, strawberry and baking spice. Medium bodied. More fruit forward for a Burgundy. I spoke to Flavio at The Wine Watch. He tells me this wine maker produces wines more fruit forward than most Burgundies. I sensed this wine was more CA than FR. — 6 months ago
16 years old but still fresh and zesty—crab apple, stone and a hint of honey. Unmistakable white burgundy characteristics that only improved as the night went on. Enjoyed the 2008 vintage with an exquisite Kaiseki dinner at Hayato in LA. Happy Birthday to me! — 3 months ago
