So tasty - such a gem, picked this up in northern Italy years ago, Vino Liquorizo at about 19% it wears it well. Not a hair out of place. Plums & figs, Christmas Fruit Cake, black fruit, chocolate but not decadent, beautiful balance & weight, not as viscous as you might think - lithe, graceful w/really long lingering finish. — 4 years ago

2020 is a terrific vintage for early drinking. And Sandri is such a wonderful winemaker. Visits with him are never less than three hours of intense discussion and sampling of all of his botte. He’s very generous and it shows in his wines. Great. — 9 months ago
