Full-bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with black currants, black plums, blackberries, cedar, vanilla, spices, espresso, cola, light herbs, earth, chocolates, tobacco leaf and peppercorn.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This 8 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is already gorgeous, although still young.
Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel. Spicy and entertaining.
The 2016 was a great vintage, and it is showing. This Single Vineyard cabernet will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Rich, but not aggressive. Powerful and fruit forward with nice complexity.
This 6 year old Cabernet is still young, but starting to drink beautifully now. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

This delicious 5-year-old Napa Cabernet is drinking very nicely now. Nicely balanced with good structure. Complex and entertaining. Rich and elegant.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is very approachable right out of the bottle, and better after 90 minutes of airtime. Gets more complex as it opens up.
The nose really blossoms after 3 hours, with lots of cedar, chocolate and cola notes.
Will continue to age nicely over the next 10 years. Would be nice to visit it again in 5 years. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
Really good by itself as a sipping wine, and good with food too. I paired it with meats, crackers and cheeses. Paired very nicely with the French Blue cheese.
A blend of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot. Aged for 19 months in (55% new) French Oak barrels. Only 7,200 bottles made.

This 3-year-old, Cabernet sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley, is still very young, but already drinking very nicely. Fruit forward and elegant.
At this point, the Malbec seems to overpower the rest of the grapes. Tangy and spicy.
Needs 3 years in the bottle to mature properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.
This Single Vineyard needed 5 hours to open up, so be patient.
A good quality wine that will pair nicely with BBQ Meats.
A blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Malbec, 14% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels. A small production of less than 500 cases.

Grapes were aged for 23 months in (77% new) French Oak barrels. A tiny production of only 9 barrels.

This is a gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Rich, extracted and fruit forward. Soft and elegant, yet in your face kind of wine. Tangy and interesting.
Good right out of the bottle and a great pop and pour wine, with a great nose, right out of the bottle.
This 14 year old Napa Cabernet is drinking beautifully now. Big and juicy. Tannins are nicely integrated by now, and so is the alcohol.
Peaking now and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
Nicely balanced at this point, and showing a smooth mouthfeel. Complex and interesting by itself as a sipping wine, to share with good friends. It's a shame that this rare wine is no longer being produced.
A great sipping wine that will pair nicely with a big piece of steak.
