Fine (medium) tannins and juicy medium plus acidity. A nice step up from the "everyday" Bordeaux from the Comptes von Neipperg portfolio. Take it out or drink it in with beef stew, roast tenderloin, root vegetables, and other semi-rustic fare. Drink now through 2026. — 4 years ago
