Vintage 2009 - #riesling #trocken with incredible good smell: complex with impressions of butter, vanilla, passion fruit and mango. Honey off course. Beautiful #rheinhessen with ocean perch and pasta salad. What a treat if riesling becomes older 😊 — 9 years ago

Essentially orange in color. Great freshness high acidity. Fresh herbs - mostly thyme! Raspberry back palate and a hint of camembert from spontaneous fermentation? A standout Rose as always and one of a kind - can't wait for my case of the 15. Great on its own or with a nice salad perhaps with smoked trout? From Lyle Fass.
