Palate is at once crisp and linear but also opulent and exotic but it’s all precise and reigned in. Long mineral finish with structure to burn. Juicy and perfumed on the finish.

Crazy nose. Hints of dried apricots. Yellow flowers. Rich. Deep.

Palate is stunning. Elegantly rich. Dried apricots. Mineral. Saturating. Salty a bit. Silky. Hints of honey. Some glycerol.

Long finish.

Really a unique wine. Almost hints of very good sherry notes but in a good way.
