Excellent wine from Costco — 4 years ago
Third time having 2015 in the last 6 months. This bottle happened to be particularly more muted aromatically than previous bottles but a lengthy decant finally reveals its deep and intense layers of ripe stone fruits, toasted hazelnuts and smoky minerals. On the palate there’s such great texture, density and depth that you just don’t find in village outside of Ente and Coche. It’s always special to experience these two. 2015 notably gains significantly in both volume and focus with air and the ripeness of the vintage is balanced by racy citrusy acids. A triumph in 2015 village Meursault. Just be sure to give it plenty of air! — 4 years ago
